Hayashi ‘Estate  Goichi' Cabernet 2013 -

There's a juicy fillet of grilled Shinsyu beef sizzling on a slab of hot stone, along with a dollop of bubbling butter; the wine a local bottle of Hayashi red, ruby-red and garnet with herbal shades of blackcurrant.
